  2. A deeper one.
  3. Get off the Internet.
  4. Read something you actually enjoy, that doesn’t have to do with real life or work.
  5. Do this knowing that you can come back to the real world whenever you wish.
  6. Stay in braincation mode. Neurological holiday.
  7. Resurface when you feel safe, healthy, and it’s no longer raining demons outside.
