How To Have Fun With Cardio

Who says you need a gym?

  1. Meditate! Give breathwork a try, to gain confidence and control of your lungs, ribcage and cardiovascular system.
  2. Dance! Get jiggy with it to feel your heart rate and challenge it as your comfort level.
  3. Sing! It’s another form of breathwork, with extra good vibrations. Literally.
  4. Socialize! Did you ever notice how your body feels warmer and your metabolism speeds up when asked to engage with other people? It’s a beautiful thing.
