- Dance! Get jiggy with it to feel your heart rate and challenge it as your comfort level.
- Sing! It’s another form of breathwork, with extra good vibrations. Literally.
- Socialize! Did you ever notice how your body feels warmer and your metabolism speeds up when asked to engage with other people? It’s a beautiful thing.
